Commands

  • check memory stats: info memory
  • check replication (see if node is master or slave): info replication
  • create slave: SLAVEOF <ip> <port>
  • promote slave to master: SLAVEOF NO ONE
  • general info (cpu, mode, key number>): info
  • list keys: keys * (NEVER use this command in production!)
  • set key: set key_name key_value
  • get key contents: get key_name

latency monitoring

  • turn on latency monitoring: CONFIG SET latency-monitor-threshold <value>
  • latency commands:
  • LATENCY LATEST - returns the latest latency samples for all events.
  • LATENCY HISTORY - returns latency time series for a given event.
  • LATENCY RESET - resets latency time series data for one or more events.
  • LATENCY GRAPH - renders an ASCII-art graph of an event's latency samples.
  • LATENCY DOCTOR - replies with a human-readable latency analysis report.
